This old tin photograph was found in a box of old photos owned by my late grandmother.  I have no idea who this man is, but he resembles my father and brother so he must be family.  Could someone give it a go and clean it up for me.

I went for Head and Shoulders but I didnt get rid of the dandruff  !

with brightening and zooming, it looks like a finger stall. he seems to be hiding it with the paper.

It looks like a cast for a broken finger to me (I had one when I was a kid)
