I found the medal card for J Judge ..... as you said he was a Serjeant ......... this may be a possibility !

 card-will it give his wifes name or NOK ,or any other info please?

Sorry to butt in Annie.

Suggest you have a look at some of the medal cards posted in this forum to get an idea what is on them.  Not a lot really. 

Do you know when he was discharged from the army?  If it was in the 1920's his service record may have missed the bombing in WW2 and therefore still be around, any ideas Annie?

Hiya Bob,

Not a lot of info on them is there!!

Only just got the wedding cert,so i know nothing about Arthur,just traced him

 through Florences married name,it came as a supprise,as i did'nt know she had

 married twice,but her 2nd marriage to my g dad happened in Liverpool 1921,there

are 4 children,Philomena i think is  Arthurs and William and Benedict are my g dads

not to sure about Reginald as yet   (lots of skeletons) lol !
