Error in GRO:BMD Oct/Nov/Dec 1837

I've reported this to the site already, but thought I should let people here know...if you call up the Oct/Nov/Dec 1837 page for BMD, you actually get the page for 1857 instead.

You can see the 1857 date clearly at the top of the page.

Just in case  it affects anyone who has been searching that period of time...

Gosh how many people have we been telling,that registration was voluntary in that year.We cant find the marriage so they didn't volunteer to register. I hope the misplacement is a one off,but i will check the years in future.Does any one ever do this

Presumably you mean the images available via Ancestry. If so it's not all pages; I've just checked one of my relative's birth from that quarter and got the right page. Perhaps you could post the specific pages that you've found to be in error.

Good point. The error is on image 52 of 59 in the Ancestry.com fiches, on page 267, Births, Oct/Nov/Dec [1837?], Hudson, William to Hughes, James.

I'm now wondering if it's just an error in the title of the page, because the previous page is dated correctly at 1837, as is the following page, and they follow in numerical order (266 and 268), as well as alphabetical order.

Sorry if I'm being an alarmist here, but I'm quite new to this sort of on-line research, and this was confusing to me...
