WWI Medal Card - Need help understanding details
« on: Friday 16 February 07 11:24 GMT (UK) »
All and any input re the Attached would be most welcome.

Hopefully quality is legible, i.e., it stated off as an Adbobe document downloaded from National Archives - then converted to Word.doc - printed out - then scanned as Jpeg!

Thanks

Thank you Stan.

That gives a point from which to start. The one for Charles looks more complicated.

Hi Peckham,
also on Charles Hesmonds card in the bottom lefthand corner it shows the theater of war entered and the date and above that the medals issued. The medals look like the Victory Medal and the 1914-1915 Star.
