Please can anyone help.   I have tried and tried to make this/these photos look a little better but it has beaten me.   I would like to post on to the Australian Board to see if anyone recognises William and his unknown wife.   Help please

Here's my attempt at William 
The first attempt at the head was a complete disaster  , so I did a very quick head transplant and makeover and actually ended up with a ten times better result (from a tenth of the effort) , although I appreciate it still leaves a lot to be desired 
It shows that sometimes you can try too hard!
