1871 census London

Hi Pat

Just looked on the 1891 census on line for your 'knox' ancestors, and unfortunately they are not there.

There is no Benjamin Knox at all
There are 2 Francis Knox - 1 is am officer, the other is head of house with 3 year old son Edwin.

There are very few counties on line in the 1871, but one of them is London; You dont have to move very far to come into Middlesex or Surrey - so would try again in a couple of weeks when possibly more are on line.
