Photo of Thomas from the newspaper
« on: Monday 19 February 07 20:57 GMT (UK) »
Hi everyone,

This is my gg Uncle Thomas who was killed in World War 1. I have found a photograph of him in the local newspaper from 1917, this is the only photo I have been able to find after much searching.

I know it is a long shot but is there anything that can be done to make it clearer/sharper please. I appreciate it would probably be more difficult but thought it might be worth a try.

I would be very grateful if anyone can help.

many thanks,

Neptune

Hi Neptune,

Best regards George.
Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)
