1851 census lookup request sarah raw

Please could someone lookup sarah raw born about 1822 , prestwich, on the 1851 census(req for 1861 census also made).Information so far:

1871 census
springfield terrace crumpsall
sarah nuttall    H 49  mar   launderess     born prestwich
william raw       S  24 unm  labourer                  crumpsall
john raw           S  21 unm  labourer                  crumpsall

birth certificate of john henry raw shows:
cheetham manchester 21/4/1849
fathers name: big blank space
mothers name :sarah raw
                          fieldings fold crumpsall
so what i am trying to find out is if sarah was really unmarried or had her husband died before john was born and in those days the husbands name wasnt entered  on the b.cert. if deceased? On the 1851 census it might say if a widow unless of course she had already married mr nuttall in the meantime. Grateful for any info,  janet chard
