The trouble is, memories for birth & immigration dates dwindle...but dates seem to coincide not to badly...
For instance...The daughter Mary ann...says she was born Sept 5th 1855 in Ontario...(see 1901 census....they are still in Grey/ Egremont)  :D J.J.

( birth dates are really great to have though! )

Are you in Ontario?

Do you have Peter on the 1851 Scotland Census?

Perhaps they came to Toronto first, then Guelph then onto Arthur.

think he was still in Scotland in 1881. Have  a few peters on that census. I  should really talk more with my daughter in law as there are so many possibilities. Thank you for all your information.
