to find out how people came from ireland- completed

I would like to know if there is a passenger list between 1840 and 50 to England.

Would anyone know where I could find this out.

I don't think there are any, read the TNA guidance leaflet on passenger lists here:
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/RdLeaflet.asp?sLeafletID=106 - remember that at that date residents in Ireland were British so it's a bit like asking if there are passenger lists to the Isle of Wight!
