I'm wondering where your information came from ...

The was a marriage between Thomas WILSON and Elizabeth JACKSON 26 Nov 1818 at Fosdyke - I would imagine this is that couple in 1851

Fosdyke
Thomas WILSON 57 Shoemaker, Carpenter and Coal Merchant emp 2 men, Bardney
Elizabeth 58 Frampton
Thomas 26 Shoemaker journeyman, Fosdyke
William 22 Carpenter employed at home, Fosdyke
Joseph 17 Fosdyke
John BALLER? (son in law) 31 Mariner, Boston
Mary Ann OVERTON 13 Gen Servant, Sheffield

Geoff and I found the same 1851 info except mine is in the Devon section! Thanks for the link Joe.

I have also found them in 1841 if you think they are yours.

Bardney and Moulton are over 30 miles apart - that's why I'm asking how your man came from Moulton.

My Thomas was bn Moulton 1799 and the one from Bardney 1893 so I think there must have been two of them, but which married Elizabeth Jackson?  As they got married at Fosdyke and thats a lot nearer  to Moulten than Bardney, it seems likely it could be my Thomas and not the Bardney one? There was an Elizabeth Jackson bn Fosdyke 1897, the other Elizabeth on the 1851 census was born elsewhere at Frampton, about 10 miles from Fosdyke bn 1793 if the 1851 census is right.

Could be.  It could be just coincidence that the bloke from Bardney, who happens to have a wife called Elizabeth, happened to end up living in the same village as your couple married.  What's more, they had been living there since at least 1823 (Thomas's baptism).
