Would anyone know where a will made in 1588 Willingham, Cambs would be?  Would it be at Cambs RO or TNA Kew?

If it's at TNA it will be in their online index (and you can download it for a modest amount  - £3-50 last time I did it)

nothing on their on line, they do have holdings under PCOM2 for this date, but couldn't see anything from browsing their catalogue (will ask on next visit there), but suspect holdings at Cambs RO.
