Hi Acky
When I saw John's post it confirmed my suspicions - forget Podington!
I believe this is your Ratcliffe family in 1851
HO107/1750 folio 337
Village of Wyboston, parish of Eaton Socon
Mary Rotly head unmarried 59 no occupation
Thomas Rotly brother unmarr 45 Lab
Jane Rotly dau unm 34 lacemaker
Susan Rotly grand dau 14 lace maker
George Rotly grandson 11 lab
Ellen Rotly grand dau 8
All born Eaton Socon
They are all indexed as Rolly, with Mary as Marly.
This seems to fix them all as being from Eaton Socon.

Thomas Radcliffe brother unmarr 56 Ag Lab
George Radcliffe grandson unmarr 22 ag lab

HO107/1/3 folio 11A
Little End Eaton Socon
Mary Ratcliffe 45 laundress
Thomas Ratcliffe 30 ag Lab
Jane Ratcliffe 20
Susan Ratcliffe 5
George Ratcliffe 2
Susan Oakley 10 (although indexed as 40!). * see below. She might be the key
All born in Beds
The problem is that I can't see Mary or Thomas's baptisms in Eaton Socon, and I've been through all the R's as spelling of Ratcliffe seems to be a bit variable.
A Mary Ratcliffe was buried on 23 Mar 1887 age 101 (!) and a Thomas Ratcliffe age 78 on 12 Oct 1874, both at Eaton Socon.
I thought at first that Susan Ratcliffe born 1836/7 was another daughter of Jane, but now I think probably not. There's a baptism of Susan Ratcliffe on the IGI in ES on 16 April 1837 daughter of Edmond and Mary.
* There is a Susan Oakley baptised in ES in 1832 parents James and Sarah, and there's a marriage in ES of James Oakley and Sarah Rakliff on 13 Sept. 1827. There's a baptism of Sar Ratliff on the IGI on 26 Jan 1806 at ES dau of Harding Ratliff and Mary.
More when I've finished the bedtime story for my nipper!
