I've had them arrive in couple of days from Lancs.
I ordered one online from Scots GRO at the start of the month (around the 4th) and I'm still waiting!

Well I am actually trying to find my great great grandmothers maiden name.

Her name was Harriet. On my great grandmothers birth cert her maiden name is Kileley? (I know this isn't the right name & I have tried all sorts of variations but to no avail???). I know through my grandmother that Harriet could neither read nor write.

She married Thomas Pick in 1879??? (JeannieR kindly helped with that one!!!). They lived in Spittlegate Grantham Lincs. Her first child was a daughter in 1880 called Morice Jane Pick.

I have ordered both their marriage cert & Morice's birth cert. Hopefully her name will be transcribed correctly on one of them???  :-
