Buttsbury was certainly the place to find Overetts - I'm spoilt for choice!

Thanks so much for all that info Mo - plenty to get my teeth into.

The last entry on IGI definately relates to my great great grandfather William and his father Samuel, and thanks to you I now have a name for his mother and 4 siblings.

And in entry 5 the appearance of the unusual christian name Zillah, which reoccurs in later generations, leads me to believe theres a definite connection there too.

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is IGI? I'm new to this game

You've been a great help, and it's cheeky to ask a further favour, but if you have time would it be possible to forward the birth & christening dates of Mary Ann,
