Sarah Jane Jeffers born County Carlow

I have discovered that my great grandmother Sarah Jane Jeffers was born in Co. Carlow (from the 1911 census).  Unfortunately I only know the county and not any townland or parish. 
She married Henry Wilkins(don't have any info on him or the date of their marriage) and my grandfather Henry, Edgar, Knox Wilkins was born in Dungannon in 1882. 
She was living in Belfast in 1909 with her son Henry and she died in Belfast in 1929.
I was wondering if anyone out there would happen to know of the Jeffers family from Co. Carlow, and could perhaps add any information about the family?

Thanks for your reply, I had almost given up on receiving any replies to my posting.  I was wondering where you obtained your information from with regard to births in Co. Carlow? Would it be possible for me to access this information via the internet?  While these births may have a connection with my family I am unable to verify this as my gt. grandmother Sarah Jane was born in 1851 or 1855 and I have no information as to whether she had any other siblings or even the name of her mother or father.

The LDS website has only a couple of Jeffers in Carlow in the mid 1850s. It was a most uncommon name in that county.

Thanks for your reply, sorry for delay in replying but I have just returned from holiday.
The Sarah Jane you have found could be related but my great grandmother Sarah Jane would have been born around 1851 (the info on the 1911 census states she was 60 at that time and born in Co. Carlow).

As I have said already the Sarah Jane you have found could be a relative but unfortunately at this time I don't seem to be able to fit her into the jigsaw.

Sarah Jane Jeffers' marriage should list her father's name and occupation and where SHE was living at the time of the marriage.
