information Please name Price

Hi'I'm looking for information on my grandmother, Mary Ann Price, I believe she was born in Merthyr in the last Quarter of 1907,any information would be greatly appreciated, like parents names. Regards Jean

have you checked at ancestry  (complete) or freebmd (it isn't complete) you can search the birth indexes for 1907  where the birth was registered (district) and volume no and page number with that information you can then order the certificate, that is the only way to find the full names of the parents.  You can order certificates online or direct from Register Office where the birth was registered, Merthyr Tydfil Register office is very helpful cost £7.00 plus sae.

as her birth was registered after 1901 we can't check the 1901 census for you, which may have allowed us to find her parents but with a name of Price it may have been difficult to eliminate other families.
