   Hello all.... It seems to have become a full debate now ..sorry..

  If any one has any other ideas to what the badge/medal is post it on here and I will check my other names.

 I have checked grt grandads family and cannot see anyone on CWGC to match to but I am a brother-in-law "missing " at present. However there was also possibly a rift caused when grt grandma died around the same time and the family was split with the children being sent to grt grandads sisters.

  Back to the tree for some smaller branches prehaps?
