Vaughan and Coghlan birth lookups

hello all,

I'm wondering if any kind person would be able to lookup the following births in county clare. These are of my GG Grandfather Michael Thomas Vaughan b abt 1859 to a Michael Vaughan (?) and unk mother. Also his wife a Susan Coghlan b abt 1863 in clare.  The both died in Western Australia during the early part of the 20th century, but they entered Australia through Melbourne Victoria. Any help would be appreciated
