Sacred Cottage, Hay

I am trying to find out the history of a property known as Sacred Cottage, Sacred Lane, Hay .  It is very old but have no factual history about it.

Could somebody lead me in the right direction.

Hay on Wye is in Breconshire - can find no reference to Sacred Lane - where is it ?

Found on 1881 census - it is in Clyro, Radnorshire

RG11/5469/32/19

The residents in 1881 are a Mary P ROGERS and her dau Emily aged 2

Can't help with the history though

Googling "Sacred Cottage, Clyro" produces a number of results - it dates from the 17th century and has medieval tiles, apparently!
