Marriage of FENTON & BALLS late 1700's

I am looking for the Marriage of William Fenton (born about 1767 Of St Peter'S, Ipswich, Suffolk) and Elizabeth Balls ( born about 1771 Of St Peter'S, Ipswich, Suffolk) This info is from IGI.

I would expect their marriage to be late 1700's or early 1800's

I had a look for the marriage in the Ipswich St Peters register.  I searched from 1790 to 1813 but there was no sign of the marriage, sorry.
