Could someone work their magic ?

Hi RC restorers.

Could someone please work their magic on this relative, it is the only photo I have of him. (died from wounds 1919 aged 24) Was sent to me via email so do not know if anything can be done.

As always any help appreciated and acknowledged

Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)
