born 1856 Scotsby Wetheral Cumberland

Daughter of James and Ann Maghie

She is in the 1861 census aged 5 years

I do know the family moved to Gateshead after the 1871
census she is not with the her family (1871 )by this time she would be 15 and most likely working
but where

Yes this is her
After the death of her father in 1867 the family must have moved to Botchergate
as I found them living there in the 1871 census
I have the rest of the family marriages etc she was the one I couldn't find

Now to find her marriage

Sadly, I don't think that's the right one ... if I recall correctly her father should be a vet .... this one has a father called John whose occ was "steam mill operating" - in Papcastle in 1861.
