So far not much luck with the Mrs E Baines. The Jones names are not very unusual in that part of the world.

Did you get the marriage certificate that you referred to? That will at least give you a definite father's name and occupation.

Self also born in Wolverhampton and this was an unknown address to me.  I checked and it looks to me like Ettingshall Lane.  A pretty major road amidst the coalfields/ironworks area of the Black Country. If you look on the page before it is much clearer there.
