How often does GR run Hot Matches?

I added a handful of names to my GR tree the other day and knowing that some of my cousins have already got these names in their tree am watching to see when Hot Matches gets updated to reflect this. I would have thought that they would automatically update hot matches every time somebody enters a name, but obviously not. Anyone know how often they do this? Learning about such things gives us clues as to how that site operates - its mysterious ways are (sometimes) a wonder to behold

As it says on the page, Hot Matches are updated every 14 days.

I wish GR Hot Matches really were what they say - usually they are anything but.

More oten than not, they just seem to match a Surname and totally ignore Forename, Date and Place.

For instance, in my tree I have Sophia, dau Joseph and Rebecca Brown nee Bratley, born LIN Burwell.  GR throws up Brown's of every date, name and place imaginable - page after page, in every county and country, not one in 100 is relevant.  Since I have never quite established a baptism or birth for Joseph c1788 I have to plough through them all to be sure I am not missing something.

Very time-consuming and frustrating when it turns out to be yet another waste of effort.

Me too especially as the last two lots have included a name which is not in my tree and also last time I got one that was Unknown Unknown.   

I haven't got an Unknown Unknown in my tree    I think GR are just taking the ****

They say every 14 days, but it's actually every 15 days. Every time I get them, it has moved forward one day.
