1861 ,1871 census please

Could someone look at either the 1861 or 1871 census for Perth. The names are Flora Hastings born 1860 and Bloom(Blume,) Hastings born abt 1837. In 1881 Census they said they were born Perth. I know that this information is incorrect. They were born in London. Bloom was a actress. Flora in 1881 was an actress but became a playwright. Since they said they were born in Perth, I thought that they may have been there in those years.
