If it was an official photo of the full ship's company taken whilst in port he should be. He wouldn't be stood next to the captain though!

Remember if you do find an image there will be over 1000 men shown on it, the individual images will be very small.

Just make sure 1) it is less than 500kb 2) It has a unique reference otherwise RC will reject it. The best type of reference is to incorporate today's date.
