Hill Street Woolwich

In the 1851 Census my rellies address is Hill Street Woolwich. I have checked Multimap and there is no Hill Street still in existance. There is however a Hill End Street which runs off Shooters Hill Road.
Does anyone know if this is the same street, which has been renamed. I did see on a Greenwich Council site, that at sometime the council stepped in to stop more housing consuming the park land at the end of this street, and putting up a barrier.
Is this a stretch, or is Hill Street of the 1850's and Hill End Street one and the same.
