No, I haven't, but it's worth a thought. Miriam's father, James, was a schoolmaster, I don't know if that means anything, or could actually be a lead in finding him in Kent. Miriam's mother Sarah had a sister called Ruth, Miriam's brothers were ordinary names, James and George Edward. Names were often carried down in families I have found, Miriam appears several times down the years.
