Hi Arthur.  I have just realised, I have Richardsons in my family tree.  My grandmother's daughter, Lena Davies married a Richardson from, possibly, Nottinghamshire.  Any connection?

Hi Mike,
thanks again.  The Jones family you found at LLay could be mine. I have no idea about whether Charlotte had any siblings.  Were the ages of the 7 children quoted or the ages of the parents?
I did as you suggested and logged on to Gresford Bells.  I have a lot of reading to do.  My wife and I and two year old son actually came to Wales in 1979 but alas we had not even thought about the family tree then.  Since startin the "tree" we have both found Welsh ancestors.

In relation to your query on the Richardsons - my gg grandfather was John Pearson Richardson who was born in Heworth Durham in 1809. He and his family came to Australia in 1854.

Regards,
Arthur
