hi my father was Oliver Geragthy.born in Oldcastle co meath.1 of 10 children,fathers name Patrick Geraghty,mothers name Katherine Armstong.

Hi Marykins, thanks for the reply, first one I`ve had re the Geraghtys in Co Meath. Do you know if there is or was a connection to James Gallagher and Anne Crowcock? Their daughter Anne, my grandmother married an englishman and moved to Canada in 1910. Have any of your Geraghtys emigrated?

hi peggy i cant tell you much about the geraghty family before my fathers family.they seem to be very shy peaple.lol.
do no there where a few geraghty familys in navan.and the kells area of meath.but like you i cant find anything..
