William Cahmcbers b 1845 Brecon
Martha Sarah Chambers or Lambden b 1869 Streatly, Berks

BarryBear has very knidly looked for them on 1891 and hasn't had any luck. They could be in Berkshire or Sussex.

Not sure when they got married. Certainly after 1881 and before 1901. I know that that's a big area to cover.
If we could get a marriage date it might help.

Sorry, cant really see a Martha that fits for 1891 but in 1881 there is  a Martha Lambden, domestic servant, born Streatley Berks, only her year of birth is 1859 not 1869.

Yes that is my Martha in 1881, servant to Joseph Smith.
She doesn't seem to be around in 1891, so whether she was married to William but not about, married to someone else or ?
Still your info has been great because now that I can place him in Reading it will help.

This could be your martha, the transcription is Lamaster but looking at the original image it looks more like Lambsten,everything else fits only an incorrect spelling.
