birth look up please 1948

Can anyone please do a birth look up for a Edward Albert Davis please. He was born on 20/10/1948. He died in 1986 in uk. I am trying to help his daughter find out about his siblings. She believes he was born in Waterford. She also says his parents are Sean and Dora. She has the name of some siblings Linda, Audrey, Raymond - and others whose names she does not know. So she would be very interested in anything she can find out about her family. As she moved away with her mother in 1975 and now would really love to have a pic of her father and find his family.
