Charlie Beale is the brother of Henry Beale who is my great great grandfather. I knew there was an Australian connection down that branch of the family and would love to hear from you!

looks like maria beale has 3 sons out of wedlock
edwin bapt 22nd april 1827 east stower
frank bapt 17th may 1835 buckland ripers
charles bapt 19th march 1837 east stower

I knew about Edwin and Charles but Frank is news to me! So fascinating to think a family so established in Dorset would venture to Australia.
My great great grandfather Henry Beale stayed in Dorset and had eight children one of which whose descendants also moved to Australia many years later!
