Zander,
I checked Emerald Ancestors & came up with the following:

John Brennan born 30 April 1873 to James Brennan & Mary Ann Cardwell in Belfast, sub-district Belfast #3;

John Brennan born 3 June 1873 to William Brennan & Mary Lennon in Antrim, Antrim.

I also found Maggie BRENNEN married James Rainey on 13 July 1897 @ Carncullagh Presbyterian Church, Derrykeighan, Ballymoney, Antrim.

I hope this can be of some help to you.
Good hunting.

Zander,
Looks like you've got several spelling variations in the family name.

James BRANNEN married Matilda McNaul 26 Aug. 1868 @ Ballymoney CRO, Ballymoney, Ballymoney, Antrim.

Good hunting.

Hi zander,

I've sent an email to a lady I met at PRONI a couple of weeks ago as she has a lot of information on people from the Ballymoney area. Dervock might qualify as being in the area as it's only five miles from Ballymoney.
