George Holmes - baptism look-up please

Looking for George Holmes born circa 1865 in Nailstone.  I do not know who his parents were as so far on the Censuses he is not at home with them.  He married Annie Horspool in December Quarter 1888 possibly in Nailstone.  Any help greatly appreciated.

Following my visit to the Leicestershire Records Office ..today.

Sorry but I searched the Baptism Registers for
All Saint’s & Carlton Parish Church
Nailstone 1860 Through to 1870.
But did not find a Baptism for your George Holmes. c 1864.
Or any other Holmes. 

But I see that on the 1871. Census returns for Nailstone.
RG. 10. / 3241. / 40. / Page. 22.
Within the Household of John & Ann Holmes
George Holmes. Grandson. Aged.6. Born LEICESTER.

Just wonder if this Index record from  G.R.O. Site
Is your George. ? :~

Apr. May. ~ Jun. Qrt. 1864.
George Holmes.
LEICESTER.
Cert. No. 7 a. 182. 

I’m sorry time did not allow me to explore that Birth in Leicester 1864.
Perhaps another time as it would entail a time consuming trawling through several Parish Registers to find it.
Might be worth ordering that Certificate ?
