1891 Census Lookup Please - STOTT

The person I am seeking is Helen Stott aged 60 in 1891 (has also been written as Ellen Stott).  She died in 1897 in Luton.  In 1881 she was on the census as living at 49 John Street and was 50.  Other people living with her in 1881 were Helen, James, William, Lindsay, Annie and Montague.  The only person I can find in 1891 is Montague.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
