Lezayre

In 1841 I have John Rooth b 1795 of ind means, and wife Hannah. Three sons Goodwin b 1831, John b 1835 and James Shuttleworth b 1825.
In 1840 James enters King Williams college .
The family are living at Lezayre in what looks like Druin., next dwelling Glen Trammer ?,
In 1851 they are in Guernsey , they are a well off family .
What I would like to know is are there any records of  their time in
 the I.O M, and is there any record of where they lived.
A long shot I know , but
