Hi,    does anyone have lookup access to a birth registered in sheffield 1890?  I need to confirm/deny mothers maiden name.   or anything from it may help me.   the birth is Harriett...Harriott Seley  dec 1/4 .  Any help very gratefully recieved.          Ta RosieM

Can't see a Harriet Seley, but there is a Harriet Selby in Sheffield in Dec quarter 1890

In 1901, this Harriet Selby is living with father Samuel Selby and mother Clara. Clara was listed as born in Sheffield in about 1863

In 1883, a Samuel Selby married Clara Lingard in Ecclesall Bierlow. In 1881 there is a Clara Lingard listed as born in 1863 in Sheffield, so looks to be possibly the same woman

Hi Rosie.I noticed that you are looking for the Wilson family from York,I have some information about a Wilson family mostly from North Yorkshire and County Durham.
  Other names connected to this family are. Jones,Cooper,Swales,Lee and Adams.
 The line i am trying to find out about are Abraham Wilson married Jane Ann Wilson 1919 Paisley Renfrewshire.
Abraham,s parents were James Wilson and Annie Lee.
Jane Ann,s parents Thomas Wilson and Margaret Jamieson.Jane Ann lived in a caravan in East Hamilton St. Paisley and Abraham lived in Blackburn.
