The 1891 shows Isaac, with Mary and children, occapation is Groom Domestic, birthplace is Staithes.

Look promising I think

Just been hunting.
William Seymour married Margaret Langley in 1864 so this confirms the 1871 Census.
In 1881 the family looks like this;
William SEYMOUR  Head       62      Staithes, York     Greengrocer      
Margaret SEYMOUR  Wife       52      Ayton, York           
William A. LANGLEY   Son      18      Carlton, York  Ironstone Miner      
Catherine SEYMOUR  Daur      16      Carlton, York     (Domestic Servant)      
William GAY  Grandson               20      Redcar, York    (Domestic Servant)

If you have time are you able to find them in 91 and 1901 Please.

The William GAY as grandson kind of gives it away I think.

Not finding too much of use as yet.

Looks like Catherine SEYMOUR may have married a Henry PICKERSGILL?? There is a Catherine of the right age and birthplace on the 1901, so checked FreeBMD and there was a match if you want those details too??

Just found Death of William Dec qtr 1891 age 72 so should be round for Census.
Looks like Margaret died in 1910 aged 80 couple of years out but when you get to that age whose counting.
