Parish Registers/Christenings 1750+ Breedon
« on: Sunday 29 April 07 22:12 BST (UK) »
HiYall :D

I am trying to find the children of Joseph Fairbrother, christened 4 Jan 1730 Breedon who married Eliz(s)abeth Bird 20 Dec 1750, Breedon.  I have had a look at the IGI but can't find any children for them so far :P.

Does anyone have access to the Parish Registers for Breedon?
I am espescially interested in discovering the parents of Mary Fairbrother b abt 1752.

Cheers
Jan :D

Greeting’s Again Jan ….

Cor….. What a mess the Parish Registers were in…..

Plus Registers were for both Worthington & Breedon
Baptisms Marriages Burials ALL on the same pages
with either NO year as heading or not readable…….

Seems Baptisms for 1752 were missing or I could not read the faint writing.

I did find the Following information though :~

Marriages :~
Joseph Fairbrother ~ Elizabeth Bird.
30th. Dec 1750.( it was a very clear 30th. Not 20th.)

Also interesting one ?
John WOOD. ~ MARY FAIRBROTHER.
7th. April 1751 or 2 could not make up my mind.

Sorry I did not hit the nail on the head this time …

MIKE.
