Think I have!!  There is an Annie born in 1862 in Ilkeston who married a John Wright - this isn't the one on the 1901 census above.  Assuming that Henry Wright is the right (ha!) man, and that he died in the district of Basford, there are two options that would seem to fit:

Henry Wright b.c. 1867 d. Q March 1890 Basford Vol 7b Pg 92
Henry Wright b.c. 1860 d. Q Dec 1895 Basford Vol 7b Pg 108

But as Richard was born in 1893, then that would rule the first death out.  So, in theory, Henry and Annie should be on the 1891 census.  Somewhere.  But as to where they are is beyond me at the moment...!!  Help.....anyone?! :-\
