in most cases, with a few exceptions, the volunteers who do your research for you on this board, do go out of their way, to libraries and archives etc and it does help to have as much info as possible.   

If you are just doing a general callout,  looking for living relatives, just say so.  (This board does get on google).
No other info is req. 

If every board operated as great and friendly as this one then everybodys research would be near finished.
