Photographer in Navan

I have a photo of a house in dublin that i think my grandfather owned and my father grew up in. Not sure of the year it was taken but my father was born in 1918 if that helps.
The name of the photographer was P J Smyth of Ludlow Street, Navan. He could have been a relative and i would like to try and find some information on him.

Can anyone find anything on him or give me some idea as to where i should start looking please.

Meath County Library is probably the best point to start. Repost letting RootsChatters how you get on as someone may come up with another suggestion if you have no luck with the Library.

I was googling the name P J Smyth last month and found someone in dublin had purchased an old photo album on Ebay that contained some of his photos. I wish i'd known it was on there, would have been nice to have.
