Married Eliza Maryport.
Henry George Gallop born 1857. Clifton....   Married Julia King.
There is some connection with Golden Valley Paper Mills.

Henry George Gallop is in my family tree by way of my uncle Leslie Gallop and his predecessors.

Henry George married Julia King on 28 March 1883 at Stapleton Church, Stapleton, Glos.

What is your connection with the Gallops?

The Gallop family is my daughter-in-law's family. I have sent her the details and it is the same family.  Her sister is also called Lesley.

I have contacted my cousins and neither of them are aware of a Lesley Gallop in their family so are fascinated to know more about her.

The only Lesley they know of is Lesly Duval, cousin of Hilary Barnes who married my own cousin Richard Gallop in 1971 in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Hilary's father Henry had a brother,Abner and a sister,Mary. Mary married Ray Duval and Lesley was their daughter.

Is this the same Lesley that you were referring to?
