FRITTENDEN. The Old Work House
« on: Sunday 06 May 07 12:54 BST (UK) »
There is a large building in the centre of Frittenden which in the 1841 census was split into 7 units. Today it appears that some of those units have merged and some additions have also been added in more recent years but there are still at least 4 quite separate units. I would be interested to know something about how the building was divided originally for some units appear to have been considerably larger than others. Is there a published  history of this interesting building?
