Parish record lookup -James ELMS[ELMES] b1776

I am trying to find the parents of James Elms[Elmes[ B abt 1776] in Wiltshire. I believe he came from the CHIPPENHAM/Lacock/Melksham/Corsham area. He married Betty Emmett in 1799 at Chippenham. I know the Elms name was in this area -but I cannot find a link to his son Robert Elms b1805 baptism either.
