It means that the dates are baptism dates not birth dates - but the twins mentioned are probably Richard and Richard  :) - presumably 2 records for the one person

They are listed on the AVRI as Christening Records - and I have seen many records where the related date of birth is NOT given.

No, she means the post where I posted two quotes - but didn't clarify.

Kezlyn says if Catherine was their daughter then they were here before 1839.

Jenn had found the baptism for Catherine 1839

I meant to say this says they were here in 1839, not necessarily beforehand.   ;D

And I didn't even notice both were Richard for the 'twins' - this is just one baptism recorded twice.  And unlike Trish, I have hardly ever seen a baptism that does not have the birth recorded as well, just luck I suppose.

So I am not quite as crazy as I look - which is probably irrelevant as I am heading towards 100% that way.

Dear Kezlyn,  I have been away and would like to follow up on Harriet. Not sure if I followed rules in personal message. Also I have friend Eriksson in Sweden who may be able to help. I will watch personal messages over next few days. Hope we can establish contact again. I have several stories about Harriet I wish to pass on. Best wishes. Watha
