I have Mary's Birth certificate and there is no father named just a mother called Betsy from Clipston.
Betsy never married?

Got the Wedding certificate back and you were right... George Buswell was her father his occupation a F W K.
Been away and seem to have lost the info you sent that you found. do you have the details still?.............well done xx

Thanks that's fantastic. i always matched Mary to the Orphanage but didn't know why? check out Her fathers age during the census, it get a bit mixed up as in 151 he's 49 and 1861 he's 50!?! I can't find the 1851 census to print out, can you email it to me? do you know why i can't find it?

p.s sorry its taken so long to reply, i've been in hospital . One surgery reulted in two further ones due to infection after 1st op.......great eh!
