Hi Trish

I checked the Minster, Queenborough, Leysdown and Eastchurch records.  The only thing I could find was the marriage:

John Brightman b otp 23-12-1832 and Ann CaRey widow.  Marriage witnessed by John Sturry (this has a question mark next to it) and Phb Brightman (could this be Phoebe?)

There were several other Brightman baptisms in Minster and Queenborough but none of the names you mentioned and no other children to John and Ann or Thomas and Phoebe.

Hope this helps - if you need any other info, please let me know

Many thanks Anne-Marie - there is a 14 year old Caroline Carey/Casey with the family in 1841, so perhaps a daughter of Ann's first marriage.  It seems John and Ann were not much into baptisms  ???

It is nice to have information confirmed by the church records, so your help is much appreciated
